Simple… It’s because I care. When I work with my clients or colleagues, I ensure that I deliver my best work. I treat the businesses I work with as if they are my own. I care about the results it would generate, how people would view my designs, how it would affect them, and so on.

I love crafting beautiful designs. I just enjoy the process of turning a blank page or a bad design into a beautifully and strategically crafted piece. It makes me happy.
From digital design to artworks, to fashion, to my room interior, to food plating, to coffee-making, literally, anything you can design, I always try to make them look visually appealing (aesthetics is life – but of course, purposeful design is lifer haha).
My personal style is simple yet bold & playful. It unleashes the inner kid in me. But I do not shy away from trying out different styles as I am an explorer myself. My adventurous spirit says “yes” to learning and experiencing new things.
Now for the typical career background story…
I took BS Information Systems in De La Salle University before landing my first job as an Experience Strategist (UX Designer) at a User-centered Design company called On-Off Group. I originally joined as an Intern with the intentions of learning UX Design to apply to our thesis project but lo-and-behold my boss loved my work ethics and decided to offer me a full-time job without me asking. I really loved their culture so I didn’t hesitate to say yes!
After my experience there, I felt that UX wasn’t for me. Yes, I enjoyed the process and I understand its necessity but it wasn’t the job that was making me feel fulfilled inside. I decided to explore what I loved doing the most – graphic design. I took a short course at De La Salle College of Saint Benilde SPACE to get a certification on Web Design & Development. And while studying, I took freelancing on the side which I didn’t realize would help me kickstart my freelance career as a web and graphic designer. I worked as a full time freelancer for 5 years+ collaborating with clients – helping them build their websites, create graphics for their marketing, managing their social media, etc.
